Below are a list of projects that we have worked on

Scope: Plant hire of a 120ton excavator with a 7ton hammer attachment for production rock breaking of both waste rock and chrome seams

Project Highlights:

Continuously delivering on the Zero Harm Objective by running the project without any injuries
Allowed for the Client to produce consistently in a hard rock environment without any blasting, this minimised the impact of mining on nearby communities
Integrated seamlessly with the Client’s production team and was able to reach the required productivity within the first few days of commissioning the excavator
Supported the Client to establish the overburden stripping process to fast-track chrome seam exposure and mining

Scope: Drilling of blastholes for production in both waste and copper ore rock types

Project Highlights:

Contributed to AMS achieving a major milestone of 5 million LTI free hours
Collaborated closely with the Client to launch major SHEQ initiatives to enhance the SHEQ culture on site
Supported production in the operations across the two open pits
Contributed positively to production output
Developed cost saving initiatives as well as productivity improvements to benefit the Client and Project

Scope: Excavator hire for pit remediation and storm water
control

Project Highlights:

Achieved the Zero Harm Objective by completing the project without any injuries
Managed to complete the original project scope ahead of schedule and within budget
Contributed to securing the mission critical storm water management system to de-risk the critical Venetia Underground Project
Provided flexible solutions to allow ramp up of productivity on demand

Scope: Drilling of blastholes for production in both waste
and coal rock types

Project Highlights:

Achieved the Zero Harm Objective by completing the project without any injuries
Monthly target of 20,000m for two drills
Integrated seamlessly with the Client’s production team and was able to reach the required productivity within the first few days of commissioning the drills
Contributed to the first coal blast for the Client
Assisted in stabilising the production profile towards steady state mining

Scope: Plant hire of a 120 ton excavator with a 7 ton hammer attachment for stripping of overburden above the coal seam.

Project Highlights:

Achieved the Zero Harm Objective by completing the project without any injuries
Average availability of 82% for the excavator
Integrated seamlessly with the Client’s production team and was able to reach the required productivity within the first few days of commissioning the excavator
Supported the Client to establish the overburden stripping process to fast track coal seam exposure
